Author Guideline

Manuscript Language:

Manuscripts can be written in English.

Publication Frequency:

This journal is published monthly, 12 issues per year (April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December, January, February, March) All accepted manuscripts will be published online in the nearest publication period.

Manuscript Submission Process:

  • Manuscript Submission: All manuscripts must be submitted online through the journal management system. Authors who do not yet have an account are required to register first.
  • Publication Fee: There is no fee for manuscript submission or publication.

Review Process:

Every accepted manuscript will undergo a single-blind review process by at least one reviewers and an editor.

Manuscript Preparation:

  • Manuscript Format: Authors are required to use the J-NPC manuscript template with Times New Roman font. The template can be downloaded here: J-NPC Template.
  • Writing Procedure: Manuscripts should be structured according to the following format:
  1. Title: Must be specific and effective (maximum 15 words), set in 17pt font, with capital letters for the first letter of each word except conjunctions.
  2. Author Identity: Includes Author Name (11pt), Affiliation (9pt), and Email (9pt) placed below the title.
  3. Abstract: Written as a single, informative paragraph (maximum 150 words, 9pt) covering the research background, objectives, methods, main results, and conclusions.
  4. Keywords: 3–5 keywords, arranged alphabetically and separated by semicolons (;).

Manuscript Structure (Should be written in in 11pt font size with 1,15 spacing)

  1. Introduction: Approximately 400–800 words. It must explicitly include a gap analysis and the novelty of the research.
  2. Methods and Experimental: Provide detailed explanations of the research design, data characteristics, and algorithms/models used to ensure the study is replicable.
  3. Results and Discussion: Present the main findings, interpretations, and comparisons with previous studies using tables and figures.
  4. Conclusion: Explain how the research objectives were achieved and discuss potential future developments.
  5. Acknowledgment
  6. References (IEEE Style): Citations must be numbered sequentially in square brackets, such as [1], [2]. If a work has up to five authors, list all names; do not use "et al.". Authors are strongly advised to use reference management software like Mendeley, EndNote, or Zotero.

Plagiarism Policy:

Submitted manuscripts must be free of plagiarism. Once accepted, the manuscript will be published in the next publication period.
