Author Guideline

Manuscript Language:

Manuscripts can be written in Indonesian or English.

Publication Frequency:

This journal is published twice a year, in June and December. All accepted manuscripts will be published online in the nearest publication period.

Manuscript Submission Process:

  • Manuscript Submission: All manuscripts must be submitted online through the journal management system. Authors who do not yet have an account are required to register first.
  • Publication Fee: There is no fee for manuscript submission or publication.

Review Process:

Every accepted manuscript will undergo a single-blind review process by at least two reviewers and an editor.

Manuscript Preparation:

  • Manuscript Format: Authors are required to use the manuscript template provided by the journal. The template can be downloaded here: J-GADS Template.
  • Writing Procedure: Manuscripts should be structured according to the following format:
  1. Title: Specific and effective, reflecting the research findings, with a maximum of 20 words.
  2. Abstract: Written in one clear and complete paragraph, covering the problem, methods, and results of the research.
  3. Keywords: Reflecting important concepts in the article, listed in alphabetical order.
  4. Introduction
  5. Research Methods
  6. Results and Analysis
  7. Conclusion
  8. Bibliography

Reference Writing:

  • Writing Style: This journal uses the IEEE reference format. Authors are expected to follow this format when writing references.
  • Reference Management: To avoid errors in referencing, authors are advised to use reference management software such as Mendeley, EndNote, or Zotero.

Plagiarism Policy:

 

Submitted manuscripts must be free of plagiarism. Once accepted, the manuscript will be published in the next publication period.
