About the Journal

INJOSE: International Journal of Strategic Enterprise and Economics publishes high-quality scientific articles focusing on the integration of strategic management, economic science, and human resource management in the digital era. The journal welcomes original research articles, case studies, literature reviews, and short communications that provide both theoretical and practical contributions to business development and economic policy. The scope of INJOSE covers Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship (corporate strategy, startup ecosystems, and business innovation), Economics & Policy (digital and green economy, as well as public and fiscal policy analysis), and Innovation & Technology (digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and fintech). The journal also focuses on Finance, Investment, and Strategic Marketing to support global market competitiveness. Notably, INJOSE places a strong emphasis on Strategic Human Resource Management (HRM) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), including people analytics, digital HR transformation, and the use of AI in talent management. Through a multidisciplinary approach, INJOSE supports the creation of sustainable and data-driven organizational governance.

INJOSE: International Journal of Strategic Enterprise and Economics collaborates with the Lembaga Riset AI Creation (LRAC) and PT. Penerbit Gramatikal Indonesia, and is supported by the Indonesia Artificial Intelligence Ecosystem (IAIE). The journal is published three times a year in April, July, and November.
