JNE: Journal of Nutrition Empowerment publishes original research articles, comprehensive reviews, and short communications at the intersection of nutrition science, dietetics, and community health. The journal serves as a platform for disseminating scientific knowledge that promotes nutrition empowerment, evidence-based dietary practices, and sustainable food systems to enhance individual and community health outcomes. The scope of JNE encompasses eight core pillars: Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics (medical nutrition therapy and disease management), Community and Public Health Nutrition (malnutrition, stunting, and intervention strategies), and Nutrition Empowerment and Education (nutrition literacy and behavior change). Additionally, the journal covers Foodservice and Institutional Nutrition (menu planning and food safety), Food and Nutritional Science (bioactive compounds and functional foods), and Nutrition Policy and Food Security (sustainable diets and policy frameworks). The journal also welcomes research on Nutrition Behavior and Lifestyle (socio-cultural influences) and Data Analytics in Nutrition Research, utilizing advanced statistical modeling and epidemiological methods to understand nutritional patterns. |
JNE: Journal of Nutrition Empowerment collaborates with the Lembaga Riset AI Creation (LRAC) and PT. Penerbit Gramatikal Indonesia, and is supported by the Indonesia Artificial Intelligence Ecosystem (IAIE). The journal is published four times a year in April, June, August, and January.
